    I cancelled our Word Press account last year. Please refund the charges you made. I’m keeping the domain name.

    Hi there,

    What is the URL of the site for which you’ve been charged?

    The margiedesignplus account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com, and has never bought any paid upgrade from us. It is also not possible to cancel a WordPress.com account that still owns active upgrades, so if you’ve been charged it means the account is still active.

    For help with a refund on a site that belongs to another account, I’ll need you to log in as that account and comment here to confirm.

    If you’re not sure what site or account the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
