  Hi,

  Please disable/turn off auto renewal on my word press account. I have annual subscription until July 2020. After that I don’t want to use word press anymore. So please disable auto renewal so that no payment can be deducted from my account.

  Sorry, I can not see the option of turning off auto renewal. Can you please have a look for me and turn off auto renewal.

  • Under My Site → Plan, click on Manage Plan. Or, go to Account Profile → Manage Purchases.
  • Select the subscription you’d like to turn automatic renewal off for.
  • Under Subscription Renewal if you see “Auto-renew is ON” toggle the option to turn it off

  I can see nothing under the section of Manage Purchase. That’s why I am asking you to turn off auto renewal.

  Hi Nile,

  there are no paid subscriptions under your account, are you sure you’re logged into the correct one? What is the address of the site in question?

  I can only see you have connected your site nilerugs.co.nz, but that one is hosted with a2hosting.com so we wouldn’t be able to help with that one.
