  Hi. How do I cancel my auto renewal? I can’t find my original purchase from January or February of 2020.

  Hi there,

  You can turn off auto renewal do that under My Site → Plan, click on Manage Plan. Or, go to Account Profile → Manage Purchases.

  The account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades from us, and doesn’t even own any WordPress.com sites.
