cancel auto-renewal of domain

  There appears to be no way to cancel the upcoming renewal of my domain. Very frustrating, and made worse by the awful contact support loop on the site that eventually just leads to the ask community form… How does one turn off the auto-renewal feature?

  That link to “Cancel” is not available for me, and I’m not cancelling, I just want to stop the auto-renewal or change to manual renewal.

  Got it. I believe what you want to do is ‘disable auto-renew’ on the Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades panel. (See here for more info.)

  That option will only be available to you if you are logged in with the account that purchased the upgrade. If you’re certain you’re logged in with the right account, and it’s still not showing as an option, let me know and I’ll tag this for staff assistance.
