Cancel automatic renewal of my blog

  Hi, I would like to cancel the automatic renewal of my blog lemondedufrancais.com but I don’t know how to do this (in spite of having followed the indicated steps). Can you please do this for me? Thank you.

  Hi there!

  You can turn off automatic renewal for your domain name or plan by choosing the option to cancel on the Purchase page.
  If your domain name or plan is outside of the refund window then it will stay active until its expiration date and you will not be automatically charged for its renewal.

  I have added modlook tag into the sidebar tags on this thread so that the staff can check it out for you.

  The domain registration for that is owned by the account dialoguesmadrid

  We can’t make any changes to that until we hear from you under that user account. Please sign in to that account and post back here.

  Yes, we can disable the auto renewal – but it’s important that you do not forget to manually renew the domain. If you forget you’ll lose ownership of it during the cancellation process.
