  I am tagging this thread for staff attention. They might be able to help you cancel the auto-renew.

  Meanwhile you can try this:

  You can turn off automatic renewal for your domain name or plan by choosing the option to cancel on the Purchase page. If your domain name or plan is outside of our refund window then it will stay active until its expiration date and you will not be automatically charged for its renewal.

  I went there but all it says is “Looking to upgrade?
  Our plans give your site the power to thrive. Find the plan that works for you.”

  There is no option to cancel.

  There are no upgrades owned by the account you are logged in to. What is the URL of the site you want to cancel auto renew for?

  Hi andyvanmill,

  Thanks — the upgrades for melodu.com are owned by melodumusic. I can turn off auto renewal but I need the request to come from the owner.

  If you login as melodumusic and reply here, I can sort that out for you.
