Cancel billing

  Hello. I have a wordpress account that is no longer used that I must have billing active.. I was charged $48 in August and just caught this on a very old credit card I no longer use. The transaction was [transaction ID redacted]. I have no idea what account this charge came from… Could you please let me know which of my emails is associated or url or something so I can login and cancel billing? Thanks

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? We are not able to help here in the support forums, as verifying account ownership requires us to ask you to provide info that is best not shared in this public venue.

  This will send all the info you have to our account recovery team, and from there they will contact you directly to assist you in regaining access to the account that owns the site you are trying to access and/or cancelling any upgrades you have on that account.
