    I am unable to cancel billing on WordPress for joannapriestley.com. I am not using this. I have never used this. It is a Wix website. I do not want WordPress auto renewal. Please help! Thank you.

    The site in question seems active but note that you’ve reached the support forum for free sites hosted at WordPress.com. That site isn’t hosted here and consequently you’ll need to reach out to Wix and GoDaddy:

    If you want to cancel billing for a WordPress.com upgrade that you aren’t using have you some other address?

    Oh I see https://joannapriestley.wordpress.com directs to joannapriestley.com. Have you recently changed settings and moved to Wix? Have you another WordPress.com account? I have added the modlook tag to ask a member of staff to check your account.

    The WordPress.com account primopix has purchased WordPress.com Personal and mapped the domain joannapriestley.com to a site which is what causes the redirect @themagicrobot mentioned.

    As the plan recently renewed it’s in our 30 day refund period. To receive a refund post here as the account owner, primopix or log in and cancel from:
