  I want to cancel this account and not renew but going to ‘Manage Purchases’ it’s not pulling up the renewal, it’s just thinking and kind of getting ‘stuck’ if that makes sense?

  This is the email I just received- I would like to decline and cancel all of my accounts with WP please! I don’t use any of these anymore. Thanks!

  Hello.
  In order to change any payment information or cancel any upgrade you have to be logged into the account that originally made the purchase.

  Based on that email, it sounds like you have auto renewal set up. Once you cancel upgrade, it will cancel the auto renewal, and your domain will expire and you will not be charged. https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/
