  Hi I need to cancel my subscription and have a refund- who do I speak to pls? Many thanks

  Hi –

  There is not a business plan upgrade on the account that you have posted from here in the forums.

  When you are signed in correctly, navigate to wordpress.com/me/purchases/ and cancel the upgrade there. Doing so will automatically process a refund if the purchase is still eligible.
