Cancel button not available for my custom css upgrade

  The “cancel” button does not display for my custom css upgrade. The auto-renewal is in 11 days and i do not want it to be done. Where can i cancel it or how do i do it if the “cancel” button is not available?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can disable auto-renew Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades > Disable auto-renew

  There is nowhere i can disable auto-renew, and no submenu for “My Upgrades”

  Hi gabriellavalleedesigner.

  You did not see the option to cancel the upgrade because the upgrade was purchased by a different user.

  However, I have gone ahead and turned the auto-renew option off for you. If the other user wishes to renew, they can do so manually.

  I think the “other user” is me, i changed my username or something like that after purchasing this upgrade.
