Cancel Button not available in 'Purchases'

I am trying to cancel my entire account/domain immediately. WordPress conveniently doesn’t allow me to call someone for help and conveniently the cancel button is not there under ‘My Purchases’ tab as it should but of course the upgrade button is. By now you can appreciate that I am extremely upset and if my account is not cancelled very soon I will begin the reporting stages fraudulent scamming.
I’ll be sure to let everyone I know of your business practices, social media is wonderful for that. Saying I am frustrated is an understatement.

3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?

When was the upgrade purchased?You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.
