    Hi there!

    What charge are you looking to cancel? I don’t see any active subscription under your account. The site you’re an admin on, riversidebodywork.com, has a custom domain but to manage the subscriptions you’ll need to access the site from the account that purchased them.

    If this is not the charge you were talking about, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.
    You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
