  I want to cancel the CSS custom design because it’s not to my liking. please understandable. Thank You :)

  I have processed a refund for you and removed the upgrade. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days (and in rare cases, typically foreign banks, up to a month) for refunds to show up on your statement.

  I’m going to guess a foreign bank is the crux of the issue. I have found some of them to be frustratingly slow in refunding money (as I mention in my original reply).

  I can give you the transaction # of the refund. You could then contact Paypal (our banking provider) to see if they have any additional information for you. But from our end, we see a successful refund transaction.

  I’ve been problem with my credit card (suspended). how to you refund to my billing account sir?, & I’ve been check in my paypal account but none refund transaction from wp team. I dont know what i should doing :(

  So you paid for this upgrade that was then suspended/canceled between the time that you purchased the upgrade and when the refund was processed?

  after upgrade wp custom, i dont know my creadit card have been suspend at my bank account. be discovered the next 2 weeks after I purchase domain name on ipage. then, Iam call support center on my bank account. thats where I know my credit card have been suspended.

  maybe when the WP teams return the funds to me, the status of my credit card already in suspend. & now Iam just a have paypal account which has been verified.

  TOS on my bank account greatly in protection when Iam online shopping. so, when Iam purchase a product at online shop, definitely customer support call me. may be when “support center” calling me, I do not exist in place or are not to take mobile phone.

  You are going to have to talk to your bank. I do not know what their procedures are when a suspended card has a refund sent to it. But we no longer have the money. It has been taken out of our account and been refunded to the bank. So the bank has your money somewhere. You will need to ask them.

  I am sorry that I do not have more information.
