  How do you cancel ‘custom design’?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’ll flag this thread for Staff assistance with the cancellation.

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can disable auto-renew Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades > Disable auto-renew

  What happens if I unsubscribe from my Custom Design upgrade?
  All upgrades on WordPress.com are renewed yearly. Should you choose to cancel your subscription, your custom fonts, colors, and CSS will no longer be applied to your blog. The revisions for your customizations will still be saved, but they won’t be visible on the blog’s front end unless you renew your subscription.

  Thank you for your help. I am unable to see ‘Disable auto-renew’.

  It looks like the custom design upgrade was purchased by another user. If that user wishes to cancel the upgrade, they can do so in their Dashboard or they can reply in this thread, and I’ll be happy to do so for them.

  If that user account is also yours, please log out of heatherrae100 and log back in under the other account, and post here letting me know that you wish to cancel the upgrade.
