Cancel Custom Design Upgrade

  I just noticed that my custom design upgrade is about to renew, but I’d like to cancel it. How do I stop the renewal and cancel the upgrade?

  Hi lifechange365,

  I found this in a previous post, hope it helps!

  “Provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that purchased the upgrades, you are able to cancel by going into your Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades > Disable Auto Renew”

  You can also cancel from there.

  BTW, love the pink and purple ómbre on the site!

  Actually what I said follows:
  You must be logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade(s) at > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/upgrades/#refunds
  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  You’re welcome. As we have people who have multiple Admins on a single blog what I posted above is important.
