  I want to cancel custom design? Right, now I am being billed $30 and I am no longer using this service so, please help me cancel it and get a refund.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Nakia,

  I can cancel it for you, though we can’t provide a refund since it is beyond 30 days after purchase. Could I add credit to your account for the remainder of the time instead?

  I’ve removed it and partially credited your account. The next time you opt for an upgrade, at checkout, the credit will be automatically applied.
