staartmees – It’d be great if you can ask for the necessary details, or more information in general, when these types of requests come up. It will save the user time, instead of staff needing to ask for the same information once we reach the thread.

I’m happy to try and help. First, we need to get you signed in to the account where those charges are coming from. There aren’t any charges, or sites, registered to the account you’re using here in the forums.
– Do you know which site is attached to the charge?
– Can you locate the emailed receipt we sent? The site will be listed there.
