You can reach the staff by sending them a message using this form: https://wordpress.com/help/contactOr just tag this question with the modlook tag on the Tags section of the sidebar, so that this thread gets the staff’s attention.

If you want to withdraw a dispute you need to contact the bank/credit card company where you filed it. If you’ve already done that, please let me know and I can ask our billing team to follow up on it.

If someone disputes a charge on their account all upgrades are disabled while the dispute is investigated, meaning they won’t be able to contact live chat support. In most cases we do email them, though it looks like it didn’t happen in this case.
When someone mentions a chargeback/dispute it’s best to always tag such threads for staff so we can follow up as quickly as possible :)

Thank you for your reply. I have contacted Paypal this morning and its all done. Basicaly i just wanted a refund for that payment as i havnt use wordpress for ages and i thought it was the way to do it but obviously not really.
So yes i asked to “cancelled” that action.

Thanks for confirming. It looks like PayPal has cancelled it on their end already, and I was able to issue the refund for your payment. You should receive it in about 10 business days, though if you paid directly via PayPal instead of via a card, the refund should show within a few hours.
Can you please just confirm that you no longer want to use the domain, essenceofcreativity.org, and that you wish to cancel it? Cancelled domains do not become available and you might not be able to use it again somewhere else, so I need to make sure.
