Cancel DNS auto-renewal for a suspended account

    My wordpress ccount for [email address redacted] has been suspended. I just received a message that my DNS kollagenskincare.com is about to expire. I don’t want to renew this DNS and cannot stop the autorenewal because my wordpress account is suspended.

    Can you please either activate my account, or remove the auto-renewal feature as I may not renew the dns kollagenskincare.com

    If you wish to contact the Terms of Service staff regarding your site suspension, you need to use the link provided you to do so. http://en.support.wordpress.com/suspended-blogs/ We cannot resolve this issue in the forums.

    Concerning your domain, if you wish to use that domain elsewhere on the web, you should not cancel it to do so.

    Regardless, I’ve tagged this for Staff in case there are other matters in play.
