Cancel domain

  I need to cancel my domain kookykuckoo.com but for some reason I can’t do this as the option just says ‘Cancellation info’ and there is no option to cancel. Also when I log on a screen pops up with the option to cancel however when I tick the option to cancel it does not go any further and another window pops up saying ‘tick box’ which I have already done. I can’t access my blog because of these problems. I just want to go back to a wordpress url

  You must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account in order to access the blog and cancel the domain. To cancel a domain you registered with WordPress.com, you ought to be able to log into your account, then go to Store → My Upgrades and use the “Cancel” link in the Subscription Status column. If it’s more than 2 days past the purchase date, you will not receive a refund, but the domain can still be canceled by Staff. I tagged this thread for a Staff follow-up.
