Totally inadequate telecoms at my new property make a blog untenable. Need to cancel my domain until further work done on telecoms.

Hi there, canceling a domain after 2 days of purchase means you completely give up ownership of the domain. There is no guarantee the domain will become available to re-register after cancellation.
You are welcome to keep your domain with us and update the nameservers to point to another hosting provider by following this guide:

Would you also like to cancel your WordPress.com Premium bundle as well? (Formerly the Value Bundle.) Just let me know and I’d be glad to take care of it and issue a $73 refund.

Thanks for the reply Kathryn. I just found it so sorry about delay in between. I do have to cancel the entire bundle I am sorry. I hope to be able to start over again once we get broadband here but will find another name etc. I would very much appreciate the refund as I was not aware of having renewed my subscription for the reasons above.

I’ve issued a $73 refund and cancelled your WordPress.com Premium upgrade. It can take 1-2 weeks for a refund to be reflected on your account.
Could you please confirm that you want to give up ownership of sustainunow2012.org and completely cancel the domain? Thanks.
