  Hello! I need to cancel my domain please. It says contact customer support, but I can’t find a number to call. Thank-you!

  Hi Jesica,

  I’d be happy to help you. We can cancel your domain, though canceled domains can take up to 90 days to return to the market and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to repurchase the domain before someone else purchases it.

  Also, since the domain is due for renewal in December, we can also simply not renew it, which will cancel it naturally.

  If you would like me to cancel your domain now, please confirm and I can do so.
