cancel domain

  trying to cancel domain – instructions are to go to Store then Upgrades but when I try I get a message that it can’t find what I’m asking for

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can disable auto-renew Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades > Disable auto-renew but Staff will have to remove the domain mapping.

  Your domain miscnotes.net is set to expire on the 30th of December 2013.

  Automatic renewal is currently not enabled for your upgrades, and so you do not need to take any further action if you don’t wish to keep your subscription. Be aware that you may still receive notification e-mails from us, but these can be safely ignored.

  Before allowing your domain to expire, please be sure that you definitely no longer have a use for it, as once it has lapsed, it can be a difficult and costly process to retrieve if you change your mind later.

  Additionally, if you would like your site cancelled entirely, let me know and I can do that for you before the expiration date!

  You can view and manage your subscriptions from your WordPress dashboard at any time by going to Store > My Upgrades.
