  I would like to cancel my domain subscription and the account altogether but the “Cancel” link is not showing on My Upgrades and there is a charge pending on my bank account online, although I never authorized automatic renewal and my account isn’t even showing that I am enrolled in automatic renewal. Please remove this charge asap. Thank you.
