Cancel domain

    I am having trouble to cancel our domain http://www.eupalandet.com.
    None of the information at hand helps me!!
    I want you to contact me and cancel this domain – our project is over and we don´t want to keep paying it.

    The domain won’t expire until 2015-04-17. However, if you want I can cancel the domain for you. Note that this means that you will give up the domain ownershio. It can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and we can’t guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.
