Hi there!
If we cancel your newly-registered domain, it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and we can’t guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.
If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > My Domains in your dashboard.

To cancel the domain, go to Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard. Locate the domain you want to cancel in the list, and click on the Cancel and Refund link near to it.
This cannot be undone, so please follow the on-screen instructions carefully before you confirm the cancellation.
If you’re still struggling at all, please tell me the name of your domain — if you confirm you want me to take this action for you, I will cancel it.

my domain is over for 3 days. when i login my wp page. a popup appears and i cant skip that one.
i click cancel domain but it is always going help page.
i dont wanna explain why i wanna cancel it.!!!
just i want to cancel it, even it is over, wp dont allow me :) as a joke..
