Cancel Domain – 48h – Full refund

  Hi, I would like to cancel my purchase I made yesterday and I can not. The message that appears is the one below:

  WordPress reports that have 48 hours to cancel the purchase but I can not. Can you help? I sent email for the support and I had no answered.

  The domain is: blogzenanimal.com.br

  Cancel and Refund

  You cannot cancel this domain because it was not registered with WordPress.com. Please contact support.

  since blogzenanimal.com.br is not registered here – contacting support will not do you any good for domain name registration – you need to contact your registrar

  Domain Mapping can be canceled –

  Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades – it has a 30 day window to cancel

  I contacted the registration of domain and they reported that the wordpress has not applied for registration yet. I need to cancel before you start to apply for registration with them. please help me.

  I am still confused – a .br domain name can not be registered with WordPress.COM – nor can any domain name be transferred to WordPress.COM.

  @auxclass – The domain blogzenanimal.com.br is a .com.br domain, which can be registered here. However, the registration process for those domains can sometimes take a few days — staff can help cancel and refund those domain purchases before the registration process finishes.
