cancel domain

  Hi there, I got an email from WordPress to renew the domain perfectpicth.com ( BTW is not listed in the dropdown below but will renew on Dec 13 automatically so I want to cancel it). I followed the instructions I found in this site but I don’t get the option “cancel” in my panel. Can you please help me to cancel this domain?

  Hi there,

  to cancel a domain you registered with WordPress.com, please log into your account, go to My Upgrades click on the Settings button (with the cog icon) for the upgrade you wish to cancel, and click on Cancel.

  If you still can’t see the option to cancel there, I can summon someone from the Staff to help you :) Do you wish me to do that?
