  Please let me know to whom I should contact to cancel a domain.

  Hi there,
  Be aware that Canceling a domain at this time means you completely give up ownership of the domain. There is no guarantee the domain will become available to re-register after cancellation. Alternatively, you can have Staff remove the domain mapping, retain the domain URL and point the nameservers to another site. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/change-name-servers/

  Not a problem! I went ahead and removed the mapping for philogyny.net and confirmed that your site continued working just fine.
