cancel domain

  I would like to cancel our domain, stop the automatic renewal and hopefully get a refund on the recent charge (I didn’t receive any kind of receipt; I only saw it show up on my credit card statement so I couldn’t cancel within the 2 days).

  When I attempt to cancel it simply send me in a circle from http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/cancel-domain/ >

  Yes. We began using HubSpot last summer and stopped using WP.
  But I still received a $99 auto-renew charge on my credit card from WPCHRG. And it still shows up in my WP account as being with a status of “Renews on December 29, 2015.”
