We provide support here only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs. We do not provide support for WordPress.ORG software and cannot help you.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page -

I was not rude. I was helpful and I did not have to search for all this information I provided here https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/cancel-domain-616?replies=6#post-2267487 and provide it to you. In fact other Volunteers often provide single sentence answers that direct bloggers like you who are posting to the wrong support forum to
http://wordpress.org/support/I didn’t do that. I went above and beyond the call and it was you who responded rudely to me.
