  Please, I would like to cancel this domain auroraurora.es because I’m going to use another web hosting for that domain

  While I certainly can cancel that domain for you if you’d like, keep in mind that cancelling a domain does not result in it being released back to the public immediately. Instead it can take several months for it to be available again.

  If you want to use your domain with some other hosting, instead we recommend getting the nameservers from your new host and pointing the domain towards your new host. It will allow you to keep your domain and your host.
