cancel domain

  Hi. I purchased the premium upgrade with domain registration, but I have decided that the tools are not the best for me and canceled the subscription. Can the domain be cancelled, since I would still like to use tedxlghs.com but not through wordpress as it still is. Thanks so much!

  The answer is yes, but I would not advise it.

  If you intend to use the domain elsewhere, cancellation is not a good idea. There is a very real chance that you will lose control of your domain if you cancel and will not be able to register it again.

  It looks like you have canceled everything already.

  So I am going to assume that this issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.

  Yes, I cancelled the premium upgrade plan before the trial ended and after I had already used the domain that comes with it. Is there a way to buy or make the domain open again to others, because it is still shown as taken. I would still like to use the domain, but not through WordPress.

  This is the message that comes up when I search the domain:
  Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.
