Cancel domain

  Hello, I would like to cancel one of my domain (thru-lens.com), can you help me?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  You can cancel your domain through your My Upgrades page here: https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades/.
  – Click the gear icon next to the domain you wish to cancel, and click Cancel.
  – An email containing the cancellation link will be sent to the email address connected to your WordPress.com account.
  – Click the cancellation link and that should cancel your domain.

  Note that after cancellation, there is no guarantee the domain will become available to register somewhere else and you may not be able to get it back.

  The cancellation link sent to your the email address in your account is only valid for 24 hours. If you click and see an error, please contact support.

  I found this in “Help”.. but tere is no “cancel button” or gear button next the domain name…

  I see you registered this domain already in 2014. You can only cancel it yourself if it’s been less than 48 hours since you bought it. I’ve tagged this for staff to help you. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and be patient while waiting.

  I’d be happy to cancel thru-lens.com for you.

  Before I proceed, there are a few points I need to cover.

  If we cancel your domain, it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and we can’t guarantee that your domain will be available to you again, once canceled.

  If you want to keep using your domain, but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > Domains, at the bottom of the page.
