Cancel domain

  Hi, I want to cancel the domain for this blog, but it’s not appearing in the ‘My Upgrades’ section. It’s set to renew in February 2016.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  When can I expect this to be resolved? I really would like to cancel this domain as soon as possible.

  Okay, seriously, I want to cancel this domain subscription , can’t somebody help me with this? It’s a bit annoying that there’s no e-mail or anything to contact someone!!

  It says I should write here with a request for help but thus far nobody has replied, is anyone even reading this?

  Hi there,

  The domain 2grads.com is owned by the other administrator on the blog. Only that account can manage and cancel the domain. If you own that account, you can log in to WordPress.com with that username and head to the My Upgrades to cancel the domain. Alternately, you can log in and contact us for help with that cancellation.
