Cancel domain

  Hello,

  I would like to cancel a domain as I no longer need it – joannazeng.com. I have a new domain which is my primary one. Please cancel it for me.

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

  Just to confirm, you no longer want the domain joannazeng.com at all?

  Please keep in mind that canceling a domain means you give up ownership of that domain name. The domain name may not be released immediately, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again in the future.

  If you’d like to keep the domain and use it somewhere else, you can transfer it instead: Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar

  If you’re sure you no longer want the domain at all, let me know and I can cancel it for you.
