I wish to cancel the domain estantedegarotos.com.br. I Can’t afford anymore.

There does not appear to be a domain mapping upgrade on this blog http://estantedegarotos.wordpress.com/ so you are simply forwarding and we do not provide support for that.

Staff will respond as as soon as they can re: whether or not you want to use the domain URL on another site or not.
Are you logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade? That’s a necessity when canceling and requesting a refund.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of the estantedegarotos.com.br domain.
So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. You will need to log into the other account in order to cancel estantedegarotos.com.br.
