Cancel a domain before it renews. Manage Purchases has only one option, to upgrade. Links in the email and Help only take me here.

I would be happy to assist you in cancelling your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into canceling the subscription purchase.

Thank you! This is the login for the domain I’m trying to cancel. Here’s a sentence from the email I got from WordPress:
“gnvneighbors.net is about to be automatically renewed on April 8, 2016.”I appreciate your help in getting it canceled. Thanks again!

Hi Tana,
tanasilva is not the username/account that the domain was registered under.Do you happen to have another account? You will need to contact me from that account in order for me to be able to cancel the upgrade.

Thank you, Darnell. I just found this username — gnvneighbors — and logged in with the apparently correct password. Does this work? I didn’t order an upgrade, and someone from help@wordpress.com emailed to say the renewal of the domain will be cancelled. Do you think this is resolved now? Thanks kindly. Tana
