Cancel Domain

  I received a renewal email from WordPress for my domain blessourlittlehearts.com. I no longer use it and would like to cancel. However, when I log into my account it shows no domains associated. I know it is the correct email/account, because that is the email address the renewal notice was sent to. I cannot find a telephone number or valid email address to simply contact WordPress to get this resolved.

  I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, the purchased upgrade is not associated with the account you contacted us from. You are an admin under the account but blessourlittlehearts is the owner of the site and upgrade. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

  That is the problem, I have no idea what account/email it could possibly be listed under! Do you all not have a customer service phone number?!

  I am the one paying for the subscription. I have two email addresses. (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff). It’s possible it could be under (email visible only to moderators and staff) but I doubt it.
