Cancel Domain

  after ordering a premium account and canceling it within 24h. the refund was not complete only 81 of 99dollar were paid back. What i have to do to get back the left 18Dollar?

  Hi there!

  As far I know when you cancel a Premium Plan, only your plan will be refund, this U$ 18,00 is from your domain. To ask for a refund I’ll tag this thread with modlook, then the staff will help you, ok?
