Cancel domain

My custom domain name has just automatically renewed but it’s not showing up under ‘Domains’. How do I cancel this domain as I want to change providers.

A whois search shows that katandcomarketing.com is in the redemption period. Is that the domain that you think automatically renewed? Or do you mean that your domain mapping upgrade or premium plan just renewed?
If you let a domain expire, there is no guarantee that you will be able to register it again; there is the possibility that someone else will try to register it.
