Cancel domain

  I entered and then cancelled the domain marshviewboatworks.com. I entered it first on my site onabargeinfrance.com. I received confirmation of the cancellation. I want to now add the marshviewboatworks.com domain to my new site at marshviewboatworks.wordpress.com. When I try to add that domain I get an error saying the domain name is already taken. How do I assign that domain to the marhsiewboatworks.wordpress.com site? Thanks.

  Canceling is not what you wanted to do here I’m afraid. Canceling a domain causes it to held as unavailable by the registrar for a period of time before it can be registered again.

  I can try and reverse the cancellation. I will let you know if I am successful, it typically takes 12-48 hours. If successful, you will need to re-purchase the yearly domain registration.

  Let me know if you would like me to try and reverse the cancellation.
