  Hi there, I cancel my domain but I’ve never received an email with a form for me to fill for the refund. Just wondering how long It’s takes for me to receive the form. thanks in advance.

  Hi there,

  You don’t need to fill out a form for a refund. If you cancel an upgrade in the refund period the refund is issued automatically.

  Your refund has already been issued. They usually take between 5 and 10 days to complete. You can see a receipt for the refund in your billing history:
