  Hello I would like to cancel my domain ‘protohex.com’ and receive a refund. Thank you

  Refunds
  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  Canceling upgrades
  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.   I canceled everything that I could but I am not sure if the entire thing is canceled. I just got an email for domain activation wanting to verify my email which doesnt make sense if I am trying to deactivate and cancel everything.

  Not a problem! I have verified the cancellation of the subscription for protohex.com and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
