  I’m trying to register my own domain for $13/year with agatapinastika.com. But seems it’s already registered in plan, I have to pay $99/year. I don’t want to take that, I want map my own domain by just paying $13/year

  The plans have been changed quite sometime back. Now, if you want to use a custom domain name for your site you must upgrade to a Personal, Premium or Business WordPress.com plan.
  Upgrading to these plans gives you a free domain name along with email & live chat support; and removes all WordPress.com ads from your site. Moreover, you get even more storage space for your site.

  Do you already own the domain agatapinastika.com?

  If you do, you can map it to your WordPress.com site using a paid WordPress.com plan (such as the Personal plan). There is more information here:

  Each paid plan includes a free domain credit which you can use to map a domain you already own (or register a new one).
