Cancel Domain

  Hello,

  I am trying to cancel my purchases 3 days already. Every time I visit the purchases page it simply does not open. After few minutes, it notifies that there was a problem retrieving purchases page.

  I want to cancel my domain and an account as well, but I am not able to do so.

  Could you help, please?

  First, try going to your browser settings and clearing your cache and cookies. Try logging into your admin dashboard and see if that clears up the issue.

  If the issue persists and you still cannot reach the Manage Purchases page, then please contact the WordPress staff directly for assistance here.

  I checked your account; your upgrades are showing as cancelled and your site deleted.

  It looks like you’ve got this sorted out but let me know if you need anything else.
