  I’d like to cancel my domain.
  Already did everything you guys say but still couldn’t cancel.

  When we cancel a domain, it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and we can’t guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.

  Since this cannot be undone, please re-confirm your desire to cancel the truecollorsblog.com domain in your reply.

  From there I can cancel the domain for you.
