  Thanks, this time I was able refund it. These things take time, but it’s done now. Please allow a few business days for the funds to route back.

  Unfortunately if Timethief had sent an easy way to get the refund, like a phone number would have been quick, rather than the difficult and very time consuming method to do all of that online, then I would not have started the Paypal dispute. Just shows how companies think they are saving sooo much money by not offering personal service anymore, when actually it involved 5 or 6 people rather than one phone call.
