  I’ve decided to cancel my domain. Please cancel. Thanks!

  Go to your dashboard, scroll down to settings, and on the bottom of the general tab you can find “delete your site permanently”. Not sure if anyone else can do it for you.

  My domain is, themlist.blog

  I cancelled my membership and the gentleman recommended I not cancel my domain ($30) because it would be hard to get it back. I’m going to use a different one all together so I would like to cancel it and get a refund.

  Hi theemlist,

  You are still posting here as theemlist, rather than mmasters8492. To make sure you are logged into the correct account, please do the following:

  1. Log out of your theemlist account
  2. Clear your browser cache using these steps
  3. Login as mmasters8492
  4. Go to your My Profile page and check that mmasters8492 is displayed under your profile photo on the left

  I changed my username from mmasters8492 to theemlist so I’m not going to be able to log onto that username. It’s been changed.

  mmasters8492 and theemlist are two separate accounts, both of which are active. I’ve sent an email to the address we have on our system for the owner of the domain — I’ll follow up with you there.
